Request Past Reports from Legacy System

You need to submit only one form, even when requesting multiple reports.
Search Legacy Reports in Blue
We migrated historical course evaluation reports from the previous course evaluation system, What do You Think? (WDYT) to Blue.
You can locate migrated reports by following the steps outlined for locating historical reports in Blue. If you cannot find the reports you need, use the form in the next section of this article.
Request Legacy Reports
Complete and submit the legacy system (WDYT) past reports request form to request legacy reports that are not in Blue.
Submit just one form even if you need many reports from multiple terms.
The most important information are the terms you need and your username, and any past usernames if you have had a name change.
You will receive the reports we have archived for the term(s) you are requesting as long as the minimum enrollment thresholds (Policy 4300 6.1) have been met.
