Accessing Section-Instructor Course Evaluation Reports

Accessing Section-Instructor Course Evaluation Reports

The Blue course evaluation software upgraded in Jan 2026. Reports are now listed as individual, searchable items versus being grouped together by report type.

This article explains how instructors can locate and access course evaluation reports in the new Blue.

Critical to Know

  • Section-Instructor Reports are available two days after the grade due date for each session. For specific dates, visit the Course Evaluations Dates webpage.

  • The Office of the Provost set an enrollment threshold of five enrollments for evaluation reports (Policy 4300 Section 6.1). This means instructors cannot see a report for their class unless at least five students were enrolled in the course.

Instructions

  1. Log in to https://my-boisestate.bluera.com/.

  2. (Desktop) Select Reports from the navigation ribbon at the top of the screen or locate your most recent reports (up to 5) in the My reports widget near the bottom of your homepage.

  3. (Mobile) Select My reports at the bottom of your homepage or from the main navigation menu to be directed to your reports page.

  4. For courses meet the minimum enrollment threshold of five students:

    1. Click/tap on a course name to open the corresponding interactive report in a new browser tab.

    2. Click/tap on the PDF icon to immediately download the corresponding report with data visualizations.

    3. (Reports page only) Click/tap the Excel icon to immediately download raw response data.

  5. From the reports page, use any combination of filters to locate the desired report(s).

Pro tip: Combine search phrases and filters to more quickly locate reports.
