Previewing Your Course Evaluation

This article provides instructions on how to preview your course evaluation from your question personalization (QP) tasks in Blue.

QP tasks open 21 days before a course evaluation period begins, and close the day before student tasks open. Session-specific dates are outlined on the Course Evaluation website.

Instructions

  1. Log in to https://my-boisestate.bluera.com/.

  2. (Desktop) Select Tasks from the navigation ribbon at the top of the screen.

  3. (Mobile) Select My tasks at the bottom of your homepage or from the main navigation menu to be directed to your tasks page.

  4. From the tasks page, use any combination of filters to locate the desired Question Personalization (QP) task.

    1. Click/tap Start Now or Continue or View on the desired QP task to open it.

    2. Click the Preview button to view the entire evaluation from the student perspective.

    3. Select the Show preview link to view specific questions on the evaluation.

Pro tip: Preview all of your course evaluations before customizing your own questions to ensure you do not duplicate questions already on the evaluations.
