Bulk Downloading Reports
The Blue course evaluation software upgraded in Jan 2026. Reports are now listed as individual, searchable items versus being grouped together by report type.
This article summarizes how to bulk download reports from your reports page. Report release dates are outlined on the Course Evaluation website.
Instructions
Log in to https://my-boisestate.bluera.com/ .
(Desktop) Select Reports from the navigation ribbon at the top of the screen.
(Mobile) Select My reports at the bottom of your homepage or from the main navigation menu to be directed to your reports page.
From the reports page, locate and select the reports to download. (Figure 1)
Use the search field or filters to locate specific reports.
Use the dropdown at the bottom of the reports list to adjust how many reports are displayed.
Select all reports displayed per page to download all reports. A maximum of 10,000 reports can be selected at one time. Selecting all or one report activates the Download PDF button.
Page through your reports to select specific reports across pages.
Click/tap the Download PDF button to download specified reports. The preparation process continues in the background so you can start a download, close the browser, and return later to retrieve the files. If your connection is interrupted during the download, you will need to restart the download. Once a download is ready, the report downloader panel appears on screen.
Click/tap View my downloads to open the Report downloader panel. Your most recent download will appear at the top of the list. (Figures 2 and 3)
Select Download next to the zip files you want to download. (Figure 3)
Delete individual zip files by clicking/tapping the trash can icon next to the undesired file.
Close the Report downloader panel and click/tap the trash can icon next to View my downloads to delete all Zip files.
Zip files are stored in Blue and available on your reports page for 24 hours.
Large downloads (e.g., 10,000 reports) are divided into smaller ZIP files containing up to 1,000 reports each. Each zip file is named sequentially (e.g., part 0, part 1, part 2).
