Gallery View in Zoom

Gallery View in Zoom

This article describes the Gallery View for participants in Zoom and provides instructions on how to enable it.

What is the Gallery View?

Gallery View allows you to view more participants on the screen at a time - depending on the power of your CPU, you can see up to 49 participants at once. If there are more than 49 participants, you can click the left or right arrows to see the next 49 participants.

Instructions

  • In the Zoom client, click Settings, then click Video to display the Video Settings page

  • Enable the option Display up to 49 participants per screen in the Gallery View

  • Start or join a meeting

  • Choose Gallery View

If your computer doesn't support the CPU requirements, the option will be unavailable. Generally, if your computer has an Intel i7 processor or equivalent, you will be able to use Gallery View, but it depends on the age of the computer.
