Using the Course Access Report
Using the Course Access Report
Instructions
The course access report allows you to view analytics for a particular user. Unlike in Blackboard, analytics are organized by user instead of by file.
- In Course Navigation, navigate to the People page.
- In the search field, search for the user whose report you want to access.
- Click on the user's Options icon (three vertical dots), then select User Details.
- Click on Access Report.
Reading the Access Report
The access report will tell you the following information (from left to right):
- The content the user has viewed
- The number of times the user viewed the content
- The number of times the user participated (if applicable - for example, discussions and assignment)
- The last time the user viewed the content
