Including information about technical support within course instructions is critically important, especially in online and technology-enhanced education settings.

By directly linking to information on how to request accommodations, we can streamline the process for students, making it easier for them to get the support they need without unnecessary delays or barriers and advocate for their needs.

Highlighting these services in the course materials signals to students that seeking help is encouraged and viewed as a strategic approach to learning.

This is especially important for online learners who might not have the opportunity to physically explore campus resources.
