This article outlines how students, faculty, and staff can create and upgrade a Qualtrics account.
Those with an affiliate account are unable to create a Boise State Qualtrics account. When trying to create an account, they will receive the error: User not authorized. A report is generated with error tag [0c745d2a].
Only individuals can create a Qualtrics account. Due to single sign-on requirements, accounts cannot be created for departments.
Instructions
To create a Boise State Qualtrics account, login to Boise State’s Qualtrics using your Boise State username and password. Make sure you use Boise State Qualtrics URL, which is: https://boisestate.az1.qualtrics.com/
Self-login accounts are limited to:
500 outgoing survey emails a week using Qualtrics Mailer
5,000 total responses
5 active surveys
10 total surveys (active and inactive)
If these limits need to be exceeded, faculty, staff, and student workers can request an upgrade to an academic account.
