Connection Troubleshooting
Summary
This article lists a few ways you can try fixing your connection to iClicker.
Instructions
Check for software updates for your phone's operating system.
Try turning your WiFi off and on again.
Try to install the most recent version of the Reef app, or delete and reinstall the app.
Log out of the iClicker app and log back in.
Restart your phone or computer.
Clear your cache.
Try using wireless data instead of WiFi.
Try using the iClicker web application instead of the mobile app, or vice versa.
Make sure your phone has some storage available.
