Connection Troubleshooting
Instructions
- Check for software updates for your phone's operating system.
- Try turning your WiFi off and on again.
- Try to install the most recent version of the Reef app, or delete and reinstall the app.
- Log out of the iClicker app and log back in.
- Restart your phone or computer.
- Clear your cache.
- Try using wireless data instead of WiFi.
- Try using the iClicker web application instead of the mobile app, or vice versa.
- Make sure your phone has some storage available.
