This article will describe how to use the Evidence Assessment Dashboard.
Instructions
The Evidence Assessment Dashboard is a useful tool for seeing an overview of evidence collection, goals management, assessment-related enterprise surveys, rubrics, and organizations for assessment collaboration. It is accessible from the System Admin tab for system admins, or under My Institution > Tools > Goals and Assessments for users who have been granted access. Assessment managers can access the page under Outcomes Assessment > Goals and Assessments.
To switch between viewing goals and collected evidence, there is a switch at the top right labelled "View Goals" on one side and "View Collected Evidence" on the other
Select "+Collect Evidence" in the dark gray bar to create a new evidence collection
Tabs at the top of the "View Collected Evidence" page enable you to view collections by their current status: All Active, Collecting, Sampled, Evaluating, and Closed
