Adding/Editing the Name of a Session

• Before you start recording or when you upload media, Panopto allows you to customize the name of your session.
• To edit the name of the session, click the Settings button on the session that you want to edit in the video library.
• Click on Edit next to your session name.
• Type the new session name and click Save.
• If you are in the video editor, click your session name at the top and type the new session name, then hit Enter.

Adding/Editing the Description of a Session

In your video library:

• To add or edit a video description to your session, click on the Settings button.
• Click on Edit under Description.
• Type the description of your session and click Save.

In the editor:

• Click on the Contents tab.
• Click on the Add a description box.
• Type the description of your session and hit Enter.
