Summary

This article describes how to change Canvas assignment with Ouriginal enabled to use Turnitin instead.

Instructions

  1. Log in to boisestatecanvas.instructure.com. Navigate to a course and open an assignment in the course.

  2. Click Edit on the assignment.

  3. Scroll down to Plagiarism Review in the assignment settings.

  4. Click the drop-down menu for Plagiarism Review and change the tool from Ouriginal to Turnitin.

  5. Scroll to the bottom of the assignment settings and click Save.

If the Turnitin settings do not appear in the embedded window, save the assignment then clear your cache and edit the assignment again.
