Using the A/V Control Panel

This article describes how to use the Crestron control panel in general classrooms at Boise State.

Instructions

Display Settings

  1. Tap anywhere on the Crestron Control Panel to activate it.

  2. Select DISPLAY to operate the projector.

  3. Tap ON or OFF to turn the projector on or off.

  4. Toggle AV MUTE to temporarily turn the projector on or off. Use this to temporarily hide your screen.

  5. Select MEDIA settings to choose the device to project on the wall or screen:

    1. PC projects the computer in the classroom.

    2. DOC CAM projects the document camera.

    3. LAPTOP projects your laptop screen.

Audio Settings

  • Raise, lower, and mute the audio levels using the Crestron panel.

  • If you're using a laptop, you may have to adjust the audio level to around 75% for the best audio in the room.
