Summary

Extended Exam Time

  1. Follow the Educational Access Center’s (EAC) standard process for notifying your instructors and requesting your accommodations. You should contact the EAC if you have questions about requesting your approved accommodations.

  2. Reach out to your instructor and verify that your exam time limit has been extended.

All Other Accommodations

If your accommodations include a physical device, additional resources, or accessibility software, please follow the steps below.

  1. If you do not already have one, you must first create a ProctorU test-taker account using your Boise State student email.

  2. Complete this form to authorize that your EAC accommodation notes be added to your ProctorU account. No personal information will be listed, only the specific permissions granted by your accommodations (e.g. “Can use additional notes” or “Breaks permitted”).

Why is this necessary?

The permission notes are a way of informing ProctorU that certain resources are permitted and do not need to be flagged.
