This article covers what courses are removed from course evaluation per the Provost’s Office direction. It also covers how to contact the Provost’s Office to remove a course from evaluation.

If a course has been removed from evaluation by the Provost’s office set of general rules, we cannot include it back into evaluation. The Provost office created a new rule set as of January 2022; your course may have previously been evaluated but is not being evaluated any longer.

Instructions

How to request that your course be removed from evaluation by the Provost’s Office:

Email LTS@boisestate with particular details about your request including:

  • Subject and course number

  • Rationale

  • Copy Department Chair who must give their approval

  • LTS will forward to Michelle Payne and Zeynap Hansen in the Provost’s office for approval

We cannot guarantee that a course will be removed from evaluation in the semester it is requested. It will take effect for the following semester.
