Overview
You can access video viewing statistics at the folder and video level. These statistics will give you information such as how often your videos are being viewed, what portions of your videos users are watching most, and which users are accessing your videos. This documentation shows you how to access statistics and what information is provided.
 Please note: Some plugins/extensions within your browser, such as Adblock, may interfere with the capture of analytics.Â

1. Folder Level
1.1. On the home page, select Browse and choose a folder (Fig. 1).
1.2. Select the folder you wish to view the statistics for and click on the Stats icon (Fig. 2).
1.3. Views by Day Graph: The views by day graph is at the top of the statistics page. For each day and across all videos in the folder any subfolders, this chart shows the total number of video views, the number of unique users who accessed videos, and the total minutes of video that were streamed or downloaded (Fig. 3).
1.4. You will have the option to view reports for different time periods. The options include Any time, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, or a custom period of time (Fig. 4).Â
1.5. Top Sessions: This section shows you the sessions that have been viewed the most in your folder and any sub-folders. You can also see information on the number of views, minutes delivered, average minutes delivered, unique viewers, the folder the video is in, and the creator of the video. Click See All to look at all sessions that have been viewed. Click on the name of the session to open statistics for just that video (Fig. 5).
1.6. Download Reports: You can download .csv files of the statistics information. Choose from the Views by Day or Top Viewers report (Fig. 6). Open the report via Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet applications.Â

1.6.a. Views by Day: Includes this information for each video view - Timestamp, Folder Name, Folder ID, Session Name, Session ID, Minutes Delivered, Username, User ID, Name, Email, Viewing Type, Root Folder, and Sub-folder path if applicable.

1.6.b. Top Viewers: Includes this information for each viewer - Username, User ID, Name, Email, Number of Views, and Downloads. Total Minutes Delivered, and Average Minutes Delivered.
1.7. You can also download the statistics by selecting the Download icon (Fig. 7).
2. Subfolder Statistics RollupÂ
2.1.  You can view statistics at the Parent Folder level for all subsequent levels all in one place. Go to the Parent Folder and click on the Stats icon.
2.2.  You will now see the statistics for the Parent Folder with a list of the subsequent folders to choose from in the Subfolder Roll-up pie chart (Fig. 8).
2.3. Â The pie chart shows a list of all sub-folders where videos have been viewed, and the percentage of viewing that has happened in each one. It will also show the number of views or minutes delivered.
3. Session Level StatisticsÂ
3.1. Select the session you wish to view the statistics for and click on the Stats icon (Fig. 9).
3.2. Views by Day Graph: The views by day graph is at the top of the session statistics page. For each day, this shows the total number of views of the video, the number of unique users who accessed the video, and the total minutes of videos that were streamed or downloaded (Fig.10).
3.3. You will have the option to view reports for different time periods. The options include Any time, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, or a custom period of time (Fig. 11).
3.4. Viewer Engagement: This shows the duration of the video and the viewing activity throughout the duration. You can see which areas of the video are being viewed the most and wherein the video users are making notes and comments (Fig. 12). Please note: If you download the Viewer Engagement spreadsheet (step 3.6.), it will show every interaction by a user, including if they skip ahead or backward in a video, as separate entries in the spreadsheet. Their starting position in the video will be based on the second mark.Â
3.5. Top Viewers: This section shows the viewers that have watched your video the most times. For each top viewer, you will see the user's name, total views, minutes delivered, and the number of notes and comments they've made. Click on the See All button to look at all viewers who have watched your video. Also, if a viewer is not logged in when they watch your video, their viewer name will show up as "anonymous" (Fig. 13).Â
3.6. Download Reports: You can download .csv files of the statistics information. Choose from the Views by Day, Viewer Engagement, or Top Viewers report (Fig. 14).  Open the report via Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet applications.Â

3.7. You can also download the statistics by selecting the Download Icon (Fig. 15).
