Summary

This article details the steps of downloading recordings from Zoom's cloud. Once on your computer, you can upload them to Google Drive, Techsmith Relay, or another video hosting service.

Instructions

  1. Log into boisestate.zoom.us
  2. On the left-hand menu, select the Recordings option
  3. Find the recording you are looking for, and click the meeting name/topic.
  4. This will pull up a list of the files associated with the recording. Click Download on the appropriate file. 
  5. After the file downloads, play it to verify it is the recording you were looking for.
