Go to Settings->Apps in your course
Search for and add Redirect tool.
Click the +Add App button.
Enter a name and url URL for your custom link
Note: If adding a link to an internal page, uncheck the Force open in new tab option.
The link appears at the bottom of your menu. You can rearrange menu items if desired.
