This article covers explains how instructors to view course evaluation reports in Blue.

Tip
Reports are not available until at least two days after the Grades Due Date grade due date for each session. To see the timing of report releases for each session at Boise State, please visit the LTS Course Evaluation website and scroll down to the calendar on the page: https://www.boisestate.edu/oit-learning/course-evaluations/ For specific dates, visit the Course Evaluations Dates webpage.

Note
There is an enrollment threshold of five enrollments for evaluation reports. Instructors cannot see a report for their class unless at least five students are enrolled in the course. This is to protect student anonymity. The Office of the Provost set the enrollment threshold, which cannot be changed.

Instructions

If you received an email to access your evaluations or reports:

Open the email.
Click on the link provided in the email's message. You will be directed to a list of reports for completed evaluations.

To access directly through Blue:

Click on the option to View Section-Instructor Report for a specific term; a list of reports for classes from that term will open.
Click on each report for a specific class to open and view it.
