Instructions
To create a basic Boise State Qualtrics account, Login login to Boise State’s Qualtrics Portal. Basic Qualtrics using your Boise State username and password. Make sure you use Boise State Qualtrics URL, which is: https://boisestate.az1.qualtrics.com/
