Sharing Cloud Recordings

Find the meeting in the My Recordings pagerecorded meeting at https://boisestate.zoom.us/recording, then click Share in the last column.

  • Under Share This Recording, check toggle on Publicly to allow anyone with the link to access the recording, or Only Authenticated Users Can View to limit it to Boise State accounts only.
  • If you want others to be able to download the recording, check toggle on Viewers Can Download.
  • If you want to require viewers to fill out a registration form before viewing, check toggle on On Demand (registration required).
  • To set a password for viewers to enter before viewing, check toggle on Password ProtectProtection and type the password into the input field.

Select Copy Sharing Information to Clipboard to get a copy of the link to the recording. You can then paste this link elsewhere, such as an email or course site. 

Once you've finished setting the recording permissions and copying the link, click CloseDone.

Additional Information

Zoom Cloud Recordings at Boise State are automatically sent to Panopto for Boise State faculty, staff, and students who have a Panopto account set up.
