Open the Zoom app and sign in using SSO. Select Open Zoom Meetings, if prompted.

Select New Meeting. Optionally, click the down arrow to adjust your video and meeting ID before starting your meeting.
Click Invite in the bottom toolbar.
Click the Email tab.
Select an email provider or click Copy URL in the bottom left of the window.

If you prefer to use the web interface, you can also start a meeting from the Boise State Zoom website.

Portal
The web portal has fewer features available to you while in a meeting. We recommend the Zoom app, but the web portal will work in a pinch.
Go to https://boisestate.zoom.us/.
Click either Host Meeting with Video Off or Host Meeting with Video On.
Zoom will attempt to start the desktop version of the application. This is preferable to the web interface (because the web version has fewer features), but if you have no other choice, you can click To prevent Zoom from opening the app, click on the click here to launch the meeting option, which will make a smaller footer appear. In this footer, click
