Now go to your course in Canvas.
Click Assignments.

(create assignment, external tool > Perusall, exact same name as the Perusall assignment, load in new tab)
Click Save and Publish.
This will create a new assignment in your course and will add an associated column to your Canvas gradebook
(adding the assignment to a module)

Instruct your students to click on each assignment link in Canvas from Assignments or from Modules rather than the general Perusall link on the left-hand navigation menu. This is necessary for grade-syncing to work. |
