This article explains how evaluation completion reminder emails work in the Blue course evaluation system.
In Blue, completion reminders are automatically sent four times per individual course evaluation. Students receive completion reminder emails at the following times:
The day the evaluation opens.
One week before the evaluation closes.
Three days before the evaluation closes.
On the last day that the evaluation is available.
In addition, Canvas emails and Announcements can be used to direct students to their evaluations dashboard at https://boisestate.bluera.com/boisestate, where they will be able to see and complete all of their assigned evaluations.
Note: Boise State has expressed interest in having manual reminder email functionality available as an option, and Blue is exploring this feature.
