This article covers how academic administrators such as Deans and Chairs may view course evaluations in Blue for specific classes within their academic area.

Reports are not available until at least 2 days after the Grades Due Date for each session. To see the timing of report releases for each session at Boise State, please visit the LTS Course Evaluation website and scroll down to the calendar on the page: https://www.boisestate.edu/oit-learning/course-evaluations/

There is an enrollment threshold of 5 enrollments for evaluation reports. instructors cannot see a report for their class unless at least 5 students are enrolled in the course. This is to protect student anonymity. The enrollment threshold was set by the Provost’s Office and cannot be changed.

Chairs also have access to a “no threshold” version of the Section-Instructor report.
