Sharing Conversations
This article summarizes three way you can share conversations:
Copy/paste into an email or other document.
Export conversations.
Share with specific emails or make publicly available.
Copy Conversations
In boisestate.ai you can use standard copy/paste commands by highlighting the text and using a mouse or keyboard commands.
There have been reports that less commonly used browsers do not allow text highlighting.
Or, boisestate.ai also provides a “copy button” located underneath the provided answer. Screenshot below. highlighting the copy button.
Exporting Conversations
To export a PDF of your conversation, select the kebab icon and then Export.
Choose the formatting you want in the “Export Conversation” pop-up, and select Export.
There will be a short time where the PDF is being created, and when it’s ready you will get a pop-up in your browser’s downloads. Download and save the PDF as you need.
Sharing Conversations
Sharing a conversation in boisestate.ai will not send an email to that recipient, it only shares access through boisestate.ai.
To share a conversation, select the kebab icon and then Share.
You will get a Share Conversation pop-up to decide who you’re sharing to and how long it’s being shared. When filled out, select Share Conversation.
