Install the ProctorU extension for Firefox.
Click the ProcotrU extension icon in your browser, then click Login.
Enter your account information and be sure to enable the “Stay signed in” option, located under the password field. Sign in.
Close the ProctorU tab after signing in. Do not try to find or schedule your exam on ProctorU’s website. Review+ does not require scheduling an appointment. When you are ready to take the test, you will be able to access it directly in Blackboard (like other assignments).
Why does the extension request access to all websites?
Some instructors allow access to specific websites while testing. The extension needs to “see” all sites being accessed during the test in order to make sure that they are permitted.
The extension can be disabled when not in use. When you reactivate it to take a test, be sure that you log back in (steps 4-6).
