This article explains how evaluation completion reminder emails work in the Blue course evaluation system.
In Blue, evaluation completion reminder emails are sent automatically four times per individual course evaluation at the following times:
The day the evaluation opens
One week before the evaluation closes
Three days before the evaluation closes
On the last day that the evaluation is available
In addition, Canvas emails and Announcements can be used to direct students to their evaluations dashboard at https://boisestate.bluera.com/boisestate, where they will be able to see and complete all of their assigned evaluations.
Note: Boise State has expressed interest in having manual reminder emails functionality available as an option, and Blue is exploring this feature.
