Instructions
- Log in to your Panopto account at https://boisestate.hosted.panopto.com
- Log in to your ZOOM account at https://boisestate.zoom.us
- Copy the Meeting ID of the ZOOM meeting you would like placed in a specific Panopto Folder
- Open Panopto and click on your name in the top right corner of the Panopto screen
- Click User settings
- Scroll to Meeting Mapping Source
- Click Add New
- Paste Meeting ID from ZOOM meeting in the box that appears and remove the empty spaces between the digits of the ID
- Select the folder you want the meeting mapped to in the Choose a folder dropdown
- Click Save
- All cloud recording from that Meeting ID will be stored in the specified folder
