Summary:
If your Blackboard course site is a copy of another course, you will need to access the Respondus Dashboard in the new course in order to reinitialize Lockdown Browser for tests that were also copied. The dashboard will automatically make the necessary changes and display a confirmation message.
If your new Blackboard course site was copied from a course where Lockdown Browser had been used, you will need to open the Respondus Dashboard at least one time in the new course. A message will appear to let you know the exams that Lockdown Browser can now be used with the deployed exams that were copied with the course.
The Respondus Dashboard can be accessed from the course menu by navigating under Course Management > Course Tools > Respondus Lockdown Browser.
