This article covers how academic administrators, such as deans and chairs, may view course evaluations in Blue for specific classes within their academic area.

Tip

Reports Individual Section-Instructor reports are not available until at least two days after the grades are grade due date for each session. For specific dates of report releases for each session, please visit this page, visit the Course Evaluations Dates webpage.

All other departmental reports are available by the last report release date of the term, which is often a special session or a concurrent enrollment session.

Note

There is an enrollment threshold of five enrollments for evaluation reports. Instructors cannot see a report for their class unless at least give five students are enrolled in the course. This is to protect student anonymity. The enrollment threshold was set by the Office of the Provost and cannot be changed. Chairs also have access to a “no threshold” version of the section-instructor report.
