Reports Individual Section-Instructor reports are not available until at least two days after the Grades Due Date grade due date for each session. To see the timing of report releases for each session at Boise State, please For specific dates, visit the LTS Course Evaluation website and scroll down to the calendar on the page: https://www.boisestate.edu/oit-learning/course-evaluations/ Course Evaluations Dates webpage. All other departmental reports are available by the last report release date of the term, which is often a special session or a concurrent enrollment session. |

There is an enrollment threshold of 5 five enrollments for evaluation reports. You will not be able to Instructors cannot see a report for your their class unless at least 5 five students are enrolled in the course. This is to protect student anonymity. The enrollment threshold was set by the Provost’s Office of the Provost and cannot be changed. Chairs also have access to a “no threshold” version of the section-instructor report. |

reports section.
Click on the option to
...
view section-instructor report for a specific term; a list of reports for classes from that term will open.
Click on each report for a specific class to open and view it.
Note: You can use the search bar to look up reports by course or faculty name.
