Once you have identified that a student is likely taking an Incomplete, consider the following:
Blackboard is no longer available submit a request for access Access to the Blackboard Archive Environment
Bonus: If you know what specific information you need from Blackboard, include this information in the Archive Request Form. LTS can mine these files per your request.
Preserve the Blackboard Gradebook by exporting and saving as an excel file (Work Offline).
If you know your student is taking an Incomplete during the Blackboard to Canvas Transition, download submitted assignments from the Blackboard Grade Center and save them to your computer or your Boise State Google Drive. This way if there are any questions about the student’s work or grades later, all the information is easily available.
