My Review+ Browser Extension is not working properly, and/or I’m not able to sign in.

Follow the steps below to make sure that your system is supported, and that you’re using the latest version:

Verify that you’re using the latest version of either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox (how to update Chrome, Firefox). Update if necessary.

Please follow these steps in order

1. Check your operating system’s version. Supported operating systems are OSX 10.13 High Sierra or higher. For PC users, you must use Windows Vista or higher. (check version Windows & Mac).

2. Verify that you’re using the latest version of either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox (how to update Chrome, Firefox). Update if necessary.

3. Clear your browser cache and data

If the problem persists, try switching to another browser (e.g. try using Firefox if you’re running into problems in Chrome, and vice versa).
