You can schedule a meeting in the Zoom app or on the website. See Scheduling Meetings for more information.

  • Open Log in to the Zoom client and log inapplication
  • Click on the "Schedule" icon
  • Select the meeting settings. Note that some options may be disabled. See Meeting Settings for a description of each option
  • Click "Schedule" to finishMeetings" at the bottom of the window
  • Hover over the meeting that you want to invite others to. Click "Copy"
  • Once you click this, the meeting invitation will be copied and you can paste it into an email or anywhere else you would like

Add to Calendar

Once you're done setting up your scheduled meeting, click the "Schedule" icon at the lower right side of the window
