Distributing Meeting Passwords

You can distribute a The meeting password either on its own or include it is “embedded” in the meeting link you send to meeting participants. By including the password in the meeting link, you allow meeting participants to bypass entering the password manually. This may seem like it defeats the purpose of a password, but it still prevents a common Zoombombing vector, as described in the above sectionlink for the Zoom meeting. Most participants will not need to manually enter the password. However, you should still include the password invite in the Meeting invitation so that people can enter it if prompted.
