Have your Boise State ID card ready.
Make sure that the ProctorU browser extension is signed in. Click the icon (next to the address bar) and look for a blue Login button. Click the button to sign in. If you do not see a Login button, then you’re already logged in. Otherwise, click the button to sign in.
You can close the ProctorU website after signing in successfully. You will launch your exam directly from Blackboard.
Login to Blackboard, and select the course.
Navigate to the tests folder in the course.
Select the test (tests will only be visible on the dates specified by the instructor).
Click Begin. A ProctorU panel will appear. Follow the instructions on the screen to verify your identity (See this demonstration video).
The test will begin after you complete the verification process. Note that the ProctorU panel that appears in step 6 has a built-in live chat option to request technical support.
