Have your Boise State ID card ready.
Click the ProctorU Browser Extension Icon (next to the address bar) and make sure you’re signed in to your ProctorU account.
If you see a Login button, click it to sign in to your Student Account, then with your student account at the ProctorU portal. Once signed in, you can close the ProctorU tab and proceed to step 3.
If you’re already signed in, you will not see a Login button. Proceed to step 3.
Login to Blackboard, and select the course.
Navigate to the designated tests folder in the course.
Select the test (tests will only be visible on the dates specified by the instructor).
Click Begin. A ProctorU panel will appear. Then follow the instructions on the screen to verify your identity (See this demonstration video).
The exam will begin automatically after you complete the verification process. Note that the ProctorU panel that appears in step 6 has a built-in live chat option to request technical support.
