Instructions
Open the desktop Zoom app and click Sign In.
Tip If you don't have the Zoom desktop app, go to http://zoom.us and select Host a Meeting to start the installation.
Once you're logged in, you can select Start Meeting to start a meeting.
To invite people to your meeting, you can click Invite in the bottom toolbar, then choose the Email tab and either select an email provider or click Copy URL in the bottom left of the window.
Starting Meetings from the Web
If you prefer to use the web interface, you can also start a meeting from the Boise State Zoom website.
Navigate to https://boisestate.zoom.us/.
Click either Host Meeting with Video Off or Host Meeting with Video On.
Zoom will attempt to start the desktop version of the application. This is preferable to the web interface (because the web version has fewer features), but if you have no other choice, you can click the click here to launch the meeting option, which will make a smaller footer appear. In this footer, click start from your browser.
