Cloud recording will save the video to the cloud, where it can then be streamed. You can still download the video as an MP4 if you like.

Find the meeting in the My Recordings page, then click Share in the last column.

- Under Share This Recording, check Publicly to allow anyone with the link to access the recording, or Only Authenticated Users Can View to limit it to Boise State accounts only.
- If you want others to be able to download the recording, check Viewers can downloadCan Download.
- If you want to require viewers to fill out a registration form before viewing, check On demand Demand (registration required).
- To set a password for viewers to enter before viewing, check Password Protect and type the password into the input field.
