Scheduling a Zoom Room Meeting

There are a few ways to schedule meetings.

Schedule Using the Web Portal

  1. Login to boisestate.zoom.us.

  2. Go to Meetings.

  3. Click the + Schedule a Meeting button.

    1. Enter the meeting information.

    2. Click Save.

  4. Under the “Add to” section,

    1. Click Google Calendar.

    2. Click Confirm.

  5. In Google Calendar,

    1. Click Rooms.

    2. Select the room you would like to meet in.

    3. Click Save

Schedule Using Zoom for Google Workplace Extension

Want the extension?

  1. Log into your Boise State Google Calendar.

  2. Create a new event.

  3. Click More Options at the bottom of the event.

  4. Enter your meeting settings.

  5. Click Make it a Zoom Meeting. If prompted, keep editing.

  6. Click Rooms

    1. Select a conference room for your meeting. The room will show up on your guest list.
