Log into the Zoom Workplace app if the meeting isn’t on the room’s calendar.
Click the Pair icon to pair your device with the Zoom Room.
Select how you would like to start or join the meeting.

You will need share content from within the Zoom Workplace desktop or mobile app. |
Click Share screen from your desktop or mobile app. If you are present in the Zoom Room, most rooms will automatically pair and share your content.
If pairing fails, you will be prompted to enter a sharing key. The sharing key is located in the top right corner of the TV or select Share Content on the touch panel.
By default, a meeting will not be started. Content will only be shared locally through the TV display. To share content with meeting guests, select Start Meeting in an instant meeting when prompted.
