Individual Section-Instructor reports are not available after grades are due until at least two days after the grade due date for each session. For specific dates of report releases for each session, visit the Course Evaluations Dates webpage.

All other departmental reports are available by the last report release date of the term, which is often a special session or a concurrent enrollment session.

There is an enrollment threshold of five enrollments for evaluation reports. Instructors cannot see a report for their class unless at least give five students are enrolled in the course. This is to protect student anonymity. The enrollment threshold was set by the Office of the Provost and cannot be changed. Chairs also have access to a “no threshold” version of the section-instructor report.
