If you need to report an issue after-hours, visit support.boisestate.edu, log in with your student credentials, then click Report A ProblemIf the Help Desk is not available, use the Live Chat feature within your ProctorU account. Otherwise, you can connect with ProctorU Support online, call +1-855-772-8678, or submit a request to ProctorU support.
