What:

  • This is the equivalent of a “Canvas Consultation” for Faculty and Staff on Zoom.

When:

  • Daily (*check the calendar LTS Training Calendar for a current schedule)

  • Closed Not available on University Holidays and weekends

How to Join the Session

  • Go to the LTS Training Calendar for Dates and Times along with the Zoom Link. Join immediately or, for future events, copy

    • Current Session: join immediately

    • Future Session: save the event to your

    calendar.
    • Google Calendar using the “copy to my calendar” tool (see screenshot to the right)

  • The LTS person representative will open the session on Zoom for 15 minutes and wait for faculty to pop-in at their convenience.   Visitors are assisted on a first-come-first-serve basis.

  • NOTE: If no zero users have joined the Zoom Meeting Session after 15 minutes, the session will close for that day.
