What:
This is the equivalent of a “Canvas Consultation” for Faculty and Staff on Zoom.
When:
Daily (*check the calendar LTS Training Calendar for a current schedule)
Closed Not available on University Holidays and weekends
How to Join the Session
Go to the LTS Training Calendar for Dates and Times along with the Zoom Link. Join immediately or, for future events, copy
Current Session: join immediately
Future Session: save the event to your
Google Calendar using the “copy to my calendar” tool (see screenshot to the right)
The LTS person representative will open the session on Zoom for 15 minutes and wait for faculty to pop-in at their convenience. Visitors are assisted on a first-come-first-serve basis.
NOTE: If no zero users have joined the Zoom Meeting Session after 15 minutes, the session will close for that day.
