To request a Blackboard Course be retrieved from the Archive, fill out this form: Blackboard Course Restore Request.
- This form will offer you the choice of restoring the course in
- 1) the Blackboard Archive Platform or 2) load into a specified Canvas Course Site (Create a Canvas Sandbox Site - you can request up to 10!)Option 1: you can request your Blackboard Content be restored into a Canvas Sandbox Course.
- If you have opted for Option 1 above, the next step is to create a Canvas Sandbox Shell to house the Blackboard Course Content.
- Once you hear back from LTS letting you know your course content has been restored inside of Canvas, clean up and perfect your Blackboard Content in the Canvas Sandbox.
- Option 2: you can request to view your Blackboard Course in the Blackboard Archive environment for a limited amount of time (#___days).
