Once in Panopto, click on the Create menu, then Upload Media. Here you can click to select your recently downloaded files from Techsmith Relay, and they will be uploaded to your personal folder.
Step 4B: Merging captions to Panopto video (optional)
If your video has captions associated with it, you can merge them with your Panopto video, once it has uploaded:
