These instructions will demonstrate solutions for both students who are completing an Incomplete in a Blackboard Course as well as those who are working in Canvasdescribe LMS-supported options for completing an incomplete. |

If the student took an Incomplete in their Spring 2021 Blackboard Course and they intend to Complete the Incomplete during Summer 2021, we recommend you keep using your Blackboard Course to finish up with the student.

Once you have identified that a student is likely taking an Incomplete, you can work ahead to make the situation easy and stress-freeconsider the following:
Preserve your Blackboard Gradebook by exporting and saving as an excel file (Work Offline/wiki/spaces/TBD/pages/87064595).
If you know your student is taking an Incomplete during this transition, download submitted assignments from the Blackboard Grade Center and save them to your computer or your Boise State Google Drive. This way if there are any questions about the student’s work or grades later, all the information is easily available.
