June 19May 1, 2018 2019 - Additional Camtasia 2018 Camtasia 2019 upgrade information

A new version of Camtasia was released 65/191/20182019. A few   things   to keep in mind about this update. Camtasia 9 or 2018 users are not entitled to an automatic upgrade to Camtasia 20182019. However, if a faculty or staff member wants the new version, follow the established procedure of creating a service request, and complete the form linked to the Camtasia Studio and SnagIt Licensing page on the HD Documentation Google siteRequest form. The requester will be automatically sent links to the software download site and the license key. We recommend uninstalling Camtasia 9 9  or 2018 before installing Camtasia 21082019. During the uninstall process, the user will be prompted to keep or delete media in the Camtasia Library. By choosing the default of keeping the files the user will have easy access to previous Camtasia projects.
